Information You Send Us

When you request an estimate, contact us, or submit a review, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, rating, and job or review details.

How We Use It

We use submitted information to respond to requests, schedule or estimate work, review customer feedback, and operate the business. Form submissions are delivered to private business notification systems so the team can respond. A customer review may be published after business review; the public version includes a shortened name, rating, city when provided, and review text, but never the customer's email address.

Service Providers

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, and form verification, and Discord for private business notifications. Those providers process limited information needed to deliver these services.

Website Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate page-view and performance measurements so we can keep the website fast and reliable. It is privacy-first analytics and does not track individual visitors across unrelated websites.

Retention and Requests

We retain business messages only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, operations, and recordkeeping. Unreviewed submissions expire from the moderation queue after 30 days. Rejected reviews are deleted, and customer email addresses are removed from approved review records. To ask about or request deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected].

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted server-side form handling, and automated abuse protection. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
